SHIPPING

All shipments are made through the Spanish Post Office from our warehouse in Spain.
As a general rule, orders are shipped within maximum of 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Once the order has been shipped, LOSTPROOF will send the customer an e.mail informing them that their order has been shipped.

SHIPPING METHODS:

We offer our customers three delivery methods:

1º Ordinary letter without certification

this is the cheapest way and in the case of shipments to Spain LOSTPROOF assumes the costs of shipping with this method. Shipments to other countries have an additional charge indicated below.

This method of shipment does not have any system of certification of the shipment or delivery made by the operator. Therefore, the buyer assumes the risk of loss of order, without being able to claim to our company a new shipment of your order in case of loss.

Average time for delivery of ordinary uncertified letters
- Spain: 2 to 7 working days
- Europe: 3 to 12 working days
- Rest of the World: 5 to 15 working days

IMPORTANT: Shipments made by ordinary mail without certification are delivered to the mailboxes of the recipient, so check your mailbox.


2º Certified Letter
This shipping method has a delivery certificate signed by the recipient or authorized person.

Average time for delivery of registered letters:
- Spain: 1 to 4 working days
- Europe: 3 to 7 working days
- Rest of the World: 5 to 15 working days


3º Urgent Letter
This shipping method has a delivery certificate signed by the recipient or authorized person.

Average time for delivery of registered letters:
- Spain: 1 to 2 working days
- Europe: 1 to 5 working days
- Rest of the World: 2 to 7 working days

DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipping costs will be charged according to the official rates of the chosen logistics operator for each order and will be clearly itemized on your order form, there are NO additional shipping costs that are not itemized on your order form.

The expenses of the shipments made with the "Uncertified Ordinary Letter" mode are assumed by LOSTPROOF in Spain and are marked as "FREE SHIPPING", other destinations may have this option according to the current offer on the website.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
LOSTPROOF has two payment methods available for all its users:

1. Payment by credit or debit card: You can make your purchase with any credit or debit card in the most convenient and secure way. No additional costs

2. Payment by bank transfer: This model does not imply any extra charge in the user's purchase.


RETURNS:
All our products are new and with a direct manufacturer's warranty. Our commitment is to achieve your total satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied, we will refund your money for all products in our store.

Therefore, if when you receive your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of seven days from the date of receipt to implement the right of return.

The shipping costs of your order in case of return will be borne by you.

To make such a return you must know that:

In the invoice issued by LOSTPROOF, VAT will NOT be applied to customers, whose orders will be sent to the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands or any other country.
